Born in Colombia, Claudia Fajardo has been a jewelry designer for 18 years. From a young age, she dreamed of becoming a jeweler—a passion that guided her throughout her Industrial Design studies. Her academic journey was deeply focused on jewelry, culminating in a graduate thesis dedicated to designing a unique collection.

After completing her studies, Claudia immersed herself in the craft, mastering techniques such as casting, setting, and design. Since creating her first pieces in 925 silver, she has continuously explored new materials and artistic expressions. Inspired by nature’s shapes, colors, and compositions, she embarked on a journey to integrate vibrant textures and organic elements into her jewelry.

In 2013, she expanded her expertise by studying alternative jewelry materials at the Corcoran Institute of Design in Washington, D.C. Around the same time, she began showcasing her work at design fairs in Washington, Baltimore, New York, Chicago, and Paris. These experiences enriched her artistic vision and fueled her creative evolution.

Claudia’s workshop in Bogotá is home to a dedicated team of 10 artisans—many of whom are mothers and heads of households—who have been by her side for over 15 years. Her commitment to craftsmanship and social impact is reflected in her brand’s identity, which seamlessly blends ancestral Colombian weaving techniques with contemporary metalwork.

By honoring indigenous traditions and incorporating noble materials, Claudia has crafted a design language that is both innovative and deeply rooted in heritage. Her work is a testament to the power of cultural connection, storytelling, and artistic expression in the world of jewelry.
